Terms and Conditions

1. You are booking directly with the hotel. Review booking and cancellation policies carefully, as penalties may apply for changes or cancellations.
2. Check-in is at 12:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.
3. Government-issued photo ID is required for all adult guests at check-in.
4. Rates are dynamic and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as displayed at booking. Invoice will be provided at checkout.
5. One child may share an existing bed; extra mattress is available at an additional charge.
6. The pool is accessible during designated hours, proper swimwear is required, and children must be supervised.
7. Outside food is not permitted in the restaurant except for baby food; last order timings apply.
8. Smoking and alcohol are allowed only in designated areas and as per local laws.
9. Pets are subject to the hotel’s policy.
10. Cancellation or no-show charges apply as per the slabs specified at the time of booking.
11. Other services or inclusions not listed in the booking may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Rules

1. If cancellation is done 7 or more days prior to arrival, then the full amount will be refunded.
2. If cancellation is done between 5 - 7 days of arrival, then 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
3. If cancellation is done within 5 days of arrival, then the full amount will be charged.
4. If no show, then the full amount will be charged.
